Temple City, Calif. (KABC)-A man and a woman were found dead after apparently murder-suicide in a temple city home where three children were found unharmed on Saturday morning.

It happened at 9200 blocks on Pentland Street after 7am. After receiving a phone call about a possible domestic violence involving shootings, the agent returned home.

When they arrived, they found two victims (a 27-year-old female and a 28-year-old man) dead inside.

Investigators say the woman was shot multiple times while the man died from a gunshot wound that was apparently self-harming.

According to investigators, the children found inside live there and are believed to be the children of female victims.

They were 5 to 11 years old and were safely removed from their homes when their agents arrived.

A pistol was recovered from the scene.
